Why this matters
Focus Modes (v5.1.0) adds real OS-level control to your sessions. DND Focus Mode lets CogniFocus ask Android to silence calls and notifications during a focus block, not just block apps. That means fewer interruptions without needing to manually toggle Do Not Disturb before every session.
Savage Mode is for Pro users who want less softening in the app's feedback. The Goblin does not pull punches when this is on.
